Pengaruh penggunaan Beberapa level Tepung Daun Kelor (Moringa oleifera Lam) dalam Ransum Basal Terhadap Plasma Metabolit Ayam Broiler

Abstract 
 Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera Lam) is one of the potential local feed ingredients broiler rations due to its nutrient contents such as carbohydrate (57,01%), crude protein (30,30%), fat (2,74%) well a source vitamin C, carotenoids and flavonoids. This study aimed determine effect using different levels Lam leaf meal (MOLM) in basal ration on plasma metabolites, including total cholesterol (TCHO), triglycerides (TG), glucose (GLU), (TP). The research design this was completely randomized (CRD) with four treatments five replications. were 4 MOLM (0%, 5%, 10% 15%), ration. parameters measured TCHO, TG, Glu, TP blood plasma. results showed that inclusion up 15% very significantly (P<0.01) lowering TG decreasing Glu. However, had no (P>0.05) TCHO TP. It concluded moringa flour addition could be used decrease metabolites especially GLU chickens. Key words:Broilers; meal; cholesterol, triglycerides, protein
 Abstrak Daun kelor merupakan salah satu bahan pakan lokal yang berpotensi dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai penyusun ransum ayam ras pedaging karena mengandung nutrisi tinggi diantaranya karbohidrat kasar lemak dan sumber karotenoid serta flavonoid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan beberapa level tepung daun dalam terhadap metabolit meliputi kolesterol trigliserida glukosa (Glu) menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan lima ulangan. Perlakuan diberikan terdiri dari di yakni 0%, 15%. Parameter diukur Glu pada darah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan hingga berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) menurunkan kadar sangat (P<0,01) Akan tetapi, tidak (P>0,05) Kesimpulan adalah khususnya darah broiler. The ethnolic extract of the leaves of Moringa oleifera Lam. (Fam.
